Conceiving Family screened at the Adoption Awareness month kick-off event in Kelowna. The evening was coordinated by Maryann Fiske and her team at the Ministry of Child and Family Development. Mary McNeil, the Minister of Child and Family Development, created a video message to share prior to the screening. She was very supportive of the project and felt the message it sends about creating permanent families was a great fit for the Ministry of Child and Family Development.
